I’m a senior IT Professional with 10+ years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting Enterprise System solutions (hardware and software). Looking for challenging position in Information Systems or Web Content Management
What I do

Microsoft SharePoint Administrator / Developer
I’ve spent the last six or so years learning, creating, and developing sites and pages in Microsoft SharePoint (2003 and 2007).

Information Systems Security
I have current experience as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for a major defense contractor, working to secure systems in accordance with NISPOM, chapter 8. This included not only securing the systems themselves, but providing for the safekeeping of information and data in a secure environment.

Online Learning Environments
As part of my experiences, I have been involved with the creation and management of online learning systems for both the United States Air Force (USAF) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS)

Project Management
I am an experienced project manager, employee/task manager, and team lead, having done so for various projects involving the USAF, DHS, and others.

Web Development
Over the past 15 years or so, I’ve designed and built dozens of Web sites using both custom-written software as well as adapted off-the-shelf solutions. My specialty is creating and supporting communities using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Xoops, phpNuke, vBulletin, PHPBB, WordPress, and others. I’ve also designed and written sites in Active Server Pages (ASP) and other languages for customers/employers as the need presented itself.

Network systems Design, Management, and Installation
In my experiences, I count the design, creation, and management of a 300+ node Microsoft Windows Network working in both a Local (LAN) and Wide (WAN) Area Network for NASA and their contracting base.

Desktop, Network, and Customer Support
In most of my experiences, I have provided direct support for customers, staff, and officers. This support came by way of not only desktop networking support, but OS-level troubleshooting, telephone support, and video conferencing.

Customers and former employers
- United States Air Force (USAF) : Public and secured Web sites for the LeMay Center for Doctrine Development using ASP/MS-SQL/HTML). SharePoint sites created for Personnel and Customer Support Management. Under contract from TEKsystems and their direct customer, Northrup Grumman (SSWADE contract)
- Department of Homeland Security (DHS) : ACT-Online.net, a cyber-security training site for all U.S. Citizens created under grant to the University of Memphis, Vanderbilt University, and SPARTA, Inc.
- InterCosmos Media Group dba directNIC.com : Online site created using PHP/MySQL for e-commerce, allowing customers to register domain names online. Customer Support and E-mail systems built using PHP/MySQL to allow customer service representatives to efficiently handle trouble ticket requests.
- SPARTA, Inc : SharePoint 2007 site designed, created, and managed to allow for a contract bid to be assembled/presented to the government. Information Security work dealing with secure facilities.
