Ok, for those of you who don’t know me, I spent about the last 8 years self-employed, meaning I never took a day off unless sick, never left my computer room, and was generally always, ALWAYS working.

Since taking the new job in May, one of my new tasks is traveling to promote the project I’m working on. This all came into stark contrast to my former life when I checked my Frequent Flyer miles the other day and realized that in exactly 32 days, I’ve traveled 7511 miles on no less than 12 trips.

Orlando, DC, Atlanta, NYC, DC, and I’m sure that I’ve forgotten some by now. Each usually a 4 day trip. The TiVo is loaded down, I’m exhausted, and my sleep schedule is truly fubar, but I am having a GREAT time.

Wish there were something about the Internet made of wood to knock on, but I love what I’m doing now.
