Back from the business trip very late Wednesday night. When I say late, I mean mere moments from being Thursday. I wake up Thursday, 6-ish, then go through my day at work. Needless to say, I’m pretty wiped when I get home last night. Check mail, check DVR. Then I consciously decide that if I fall asleep around 5, I’ll be up all night… BIG mistake…
So, come around 10pm when I should be comatose, I suddenly find myself wide awake and unable to sleep. Now it’s Friday and I’m still completely wiped out when I should be back on my game..
I’d love it if some of you brainiacs could explain that one to me.
